# Cred Weighted Lists

It would be cool if we could create lists of stuff weighted by the amount of cred flowing to them.

This could be used, for example, to rank [Initiatives](https://discourse.sourcecred.io/t/about-the-initiatives-category/242) that are high value. It could also be used to rank [product roadmap ideas](https://discourse.sourcecred.io/t/cred-weighted-roadmap-prioritization/229). It could also be used to curate a list of recommended books.

Hoping that someone [champion’s](https://discourse.sourcecred.io/t/about-champions-and-heroes/291/2) this idea and forms it into an [Initiative](https://discourse.sourcecred.io/t/about-the-initiatives-category/242)

I like this idea. If we get [Cred Analysis Notebooks](https://discourse.sourcecred.io/t/cred-analysis-notebooks/267) it would become trivial to prototype these lists (and across all time vs just in particular timeframes).

Based on the initial results from the prototype, we could then build a first class frontend into the cred explorer.
