Had a phone call with @decentralion where they took the time to explain the concept of initiatives to me and let me ask questions until I understood it fully.

I’m hoping to take that understanding and create an “intro to initiatives” guide for new comers to learn from and to set a precedent within the community on how they work/are used.

This post is to take note of their emotional labor so that it can later be categorized, once SourceCred can identify this kind of abstract but important contribution.
