- CredSperiment update: update from @decentralion about progress, feedback from participants.
- Chat about How to Champion
- Initiatives vs ongoing work
- Podcast: pick next guest.
- Open community Q&A (invite anyone to ask questions)

I record them and do a quick recap post @'ing everyone that attended so they can get some cred for it. Though if you’d rather not be recorded, can edit you out (e.g. [Community Call (12/03/2019) - Notes & Recording](https://discourse.sourcecred.io/t/community-call-12-03-2019-notes-recording/369)). Have done that for people before. Might just ask that we try and keep the non-recorded convo to a specific section. That way it’s easier to edit out. Have had to go back and edit someone talking throughout and it took forever.

The topic came up [SourceCred Directors](https://discourse.sourcecred.io/t/sourcecred-directors/390/2) and [Please help organize this Discourse!](https://discourse.sourcecred.io/t/please-help-organize-this-discourse/378/12) To think about this.

Especially if @burrrata and @decentralion can be there, I’d like to dig into this topic a bit and perhaps use that as a basis for more in depth post.

Added to agenda. Curious about this as well. It’s the only topic other than usual CredSperiment updates so far, so should have time for it.
