I’m LB, an artistic, nonbinary human who heads the “Community Cultivation” third of the SourceCred project. My main concern is making sure our community is a healthy and wholehearted space where participants are able to thrive. I work with the Cultivation Branch leads and teams to improve the environment in which we collaborate; improving trust and effectiveness as we collaborate together.
