As far as I know, sfosc is the only other project using cred scores so far.

Are you going to work on providing some good practice for SourceCred parametrization

Yeah, coming up with good patterns for choosing the parameters is going to be extremely important as SourceCred gets adoption. For example, so far we’ve discussed how to get the community involved in choosing the parameters:

Here is where governance is unavoidable. Deciding what compensation feels fair is the definition of politics. Our current governance system (benevolent dictator who occasionally convenes a meeting to gather feedback) makes sense. But it’s never too soon to think about governance, as it may inform design decisions. I sense that if all users for instance had an intuitive UI that allowed them to tune parameters until the graph “felt right” (which could be an interesting “voting” mechanism), they would likely come up with something similar, but with differences that reflect their particular domain knowledge, values, political views, etc. (source)

But really, the first thing to do is kick off the CredSperiment which will give us “real” experience with SourceCred and parameter choices. We won’t be able to come up with best practices for others until we’ve found working solutions for ourselves.
