Although, if by explorer/visualizer you mean a more general tool for exploring cred distributions: that exists already.
There’s the timeline explorer which shows the high level details of cred and how it evolved over time. However, it doesn’t (yet) support diving into the relationships that generated cred.
This is what the old (legacy) system was best at. It allows recursively diving into how a user attained their cred, as in this example:
We don’t yet have node-level cred decomposition in the Timeline app, because it was a little complicated to re-implement it for timeline cred. But, it’s a priority for me to put that into timeline. Besides wanting to deprecate legacy mode, I don’t think SourceCred is fully functional unless you can see why someone has the scores that they have.
